Refund & Exchange Policy

At TIFéL, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Only exchange is accepted, subject to the following conditions:
1. Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
2. No exchange after 7days from delivery.
3. No exchange on sale/discounted items.
